The terms that govern your use of BillionIdeas Immigration services and website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using billionideasimmigration.com or engaging BillionIdeas Immigration ("BillionIdeas", "we", "us") for documentation or strategy services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Nature of Services
BillionIdeas is a documentation and strategy company. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or an attorney-client relationship.
Our deliverables (petition letters, proposed endeavor, business plans, draft LORs/EOLs, exhibit sets, and supporting documentation) are prepared to support self-petitioners or clients who choose to engage independent immigration counsel.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, the truthfulness of all statements included in your petition, and the final decision to file with USCIS.
4. Fees & Refunds
Fees, scope, and any refund terms are set out in your individual engagement agreement or invoice. Government filing fees, translation fees, and third-party costs are separate from our service fees.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
All immigration decisions are made solely by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other U.S. government agencies. BillionIdeas does not and cannot guarantee approval, timelines, or any specific immigration outcome.
6. Intellectual Property
Templates, frameworks (including the ELEVATE Frameworkâ˘), and website content are the intellectual property of BillionIdeas. Deliverables prepared for you are licensed to you for use in your own petition and related filings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillionIdeas' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
